There are many options for buyers and sellers to consider and it’s important to me to give my buyers and sellers the latest information on today’s real estate market. My commitment to my clients is to stay in constant contact and keep them updated on every phase of our journey together. I am very detailed oriented and know the real estate market. | Most of my business comes from client referrals and I appreciate everyone who has sold or purchased through me multiple times and referred me to friends and family. This is the greatest compliment I could ever have. I work in the greater Puget Sound area, as well as outlying areas, selling homes, condominiums, and raw land. I also represent seniors who are making a lifestyle change. I have several sources for estate sales, or just downsizing sales for clients wishing to move to a smaller home, cleaning services, handyman services, garden cleanup, reputable bank referrals, movers and more. |

Volunteered for PONCHO (patrons of N.W. civic and charitable organization)
Executive Board for Act theatre
Sole fund raiser for Act theater 1979, procured services, supplies, food and beverage for an 800 person fund raiser
March of Dimes volunteer
Member of Seattle Art Museum "Builders Club" - our goal was to raise several million to build the museum. I singlehandedly raised $120,000 toward the construction. I donate funds regularly to Millionairs club, they provide day work and meals for people
